Worn out
Well my doc discontinued the Ritalin and approved the 100 mg of Trazodone per night. I’m still not sleeping well.
I had to get up this morning at 4:30 to pick up a client from a hospital an hour away. Then I had to take another client in a wheelchair to her doctor’s appointment. It was quite aggravating, as she uses her legs to fight me when I am pushing the wheelchair. Basically she moves her legs the way she wants to go and works against me as I am pushing her. It was really hard to get her in and out of the van this way. A few times, the chair almost tipped over. I was so stressed out, I was shaking.
So I took an Ativan when I got back in the office and then I felt fine. But I ended up working a ten hour shift. I’m quite tired and the weather outside is nasty.
Both of my parents are p****ing me off right now.
